X Series E53 X5 4.8is (N62-S) OFFRD
Screw eye (1) to upper retaining screw on counter-support plate at
top (2).
Slacken lower retaining screw (1).
Bend second wire end (2) to an eye.
Pass wire from above through B-pillar.
Release lower retaining screw (1).
Installation:
Tightening torque 72 11 10AZ.
Screw eye to lower retaining screw on counter-support plate at
bottom (2).
Note:
Representation of opened B-pillar:
Counter-support plate (1) must be routed past reinforcement plate
(2) downwards through opening (3).
