Removing and installing (replacing) control
unit/module for seat heating (rear seat with
rear cabin fan without 3rd seat row on left or
right)
Important!
Read and comply with notes on protection against
electrostatic damage (ESD protection).
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Disconnect battery negative lead
•
Unclip rear seat
Feed control unit/module for seat heating (1) out of rear
seat (2).
Disconnect plug connections (3) and remove control unit/module
for seat heating (1).
Installation:
Make sure wiring harness is correctly laid.
Set down rear seat (2) on body and feed control unit/module
for seat heating (1) from rear (between rear seat and backrest)
into rear seat (2).
Make sure control unit/module for seat heating (1) is correctly
seated in rear seat (2).
