Note:

For purposes of clarity, the headlight is shown removed.

Cut out headlight housing (1) along line (2) with a suitable tool.

Release screws (1).

Feed out adjustment motor (2) and disconnect plug
connection (3).

Note:

Work is shown on an E90 headlight by way of example. There
may be differences in detail in the case of other vehicles.

Installation:

Slide headlight insert (1) upwards in direction of arrow.

Feed ball head of vertical aim adjuster (1) into mounting (2).
