About the X3 (E83)
The E83 was the first-generation X3, a compact SUV made from 2003 to 2010 and based on the 3 Series platform. It was designed with Magna Steyr of Graz, Austria, which built every one, and it was the first BMW to use the xDrive name for its all-wheel drive.
