Removing and installing/replacing battery
positive lead between alternator, starter
motor and jump start connection point
(M47T2)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Read out fault memory of DDE control unit; if necessary, work
through test schedules
•
Switch off ignition
•
Disconnect battery negative lead
Unclip cover (1).
Open protective cap.
Slacken nut (1).
Tightening torque 12 51 4AZ
