Removing and installing or replacing DSC
hydraulic unit
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Read and comply with General Information.
•
Remove brake master cylinder for DSC
Important!
Do not mix up brake lines, mark prior to removal if necessary.
Close off connection bores with plugs.
Important!
If necessary, detach brake lines from mounting.
Brake lines must not be bent.
Disconnect plug connection (1) to control unit.
Release brake lines (2) and if necessary disconnect lines to
brake master cylinder completely.
Installation:
Note changed tightening torque.
Tightening torque 34 32 6AZ
.
Release screw (3) and carefully feed out and remove hydraulic
unit.
