Removing and installing/replacing windshield
washer pump
Note:
Drain fluid reservoir for windshield washer system
Unlock plug connection (1) and disconnect.
Detach hose (2) from windshield washer pump (4).
Unclip cover (3) and lay to one side.
Installation:
Make sure cover (3) is correctly seated.
Make sure hose (2) is laid without kinks.
Turn windshield washer pump (4) in direction of arrow through
approx. 90
°
and pull up and out of fluid reservoir for windshield
washer system.
Installation:
Replace sealing ring and strainer in windshield washer pump.
Coat sealing ring of windshield washer pump with antiseize agent.
Fill fluid reservoir for windshield washer system.
