Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Inner
Removal Procedure
1. Lower the front door window.
2. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer toTrim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (See: Front Door Panel/Service and Repair) .
3. Lift the front door window inner belt sealing strip off of the weld flange.
Installation Procedure
Important:
*
Ensure the front end of the strip is inserted into the gap formed by the weatherstrip and the door inner panel.
*
Ensure the rear end of the strip is flush to the rear leg of the weatherstrip.
*
Ensure the rear end of the strip does not interfere with the path of the window.
1. Install the front door window inner belt sealing strip to the weld flange, pressing firmly until fully seated.
2. Install the front door trim panel. Refer toTrim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (See: Front Door Panel/Service and Repair) .
3. Raise the front door window.
