This bulletin contains diagnostic procedures and trouble trees which supplement the Chassis Service Manual. Refer to the chart listed below for the
appropriate procedure.

Before performing any diagnosis of the system to determine the cause of these conditions, the following two items should be checked: A) Wiper fuse is
not blown; and, B) That the wiper motor ground strap is secure and that the ground strap has continuity to the body ground.
NOTICE:
When the diagnosis procedure requires wiper motor operation, the windshield and wiper blades must be cleaned to avoid damaging glass.
