Air Door Actuator / Motor: Service and Repair
Defroster Vacuum Diaphragm Replace
1.
Remove sound absorber panels.
2.
Remove lower A/C ducting and heater air distributor.
3.
Disconnect vacuum lines at diaphragm.
4.
Remove defroster diaphragm retaining screws.
5.
Release diaphragm actuator rod and remove diaphragm.
6.
Reverse procedure to install.
