Blower Motor: Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview

Try the following checks before doing the System Diagnosis.
1. Check Fuse 7 by visual inspection.
2. Check that ground G103 is clean and tight.
3. Check that Blower Motor connector and Blower Relay are mated correctly and firmly seated.
