Idler Pulley: Service and Repair
Drive Belt Idler Pulley Replacement
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory (See: Drive Belt/Service and Repair).
2. Loosen the necessary drive belt idler pulley bolt.
3. Remove the necessary drive belt idler pulley.
Installation Procedure
1. Position the necessary drive belt idler pulley to the coolant manifold and/or generator bracket.
