39. Install the water pump pulley.
40. Install the drive belt tensioner.
41. Tighten the water pump pulley bolts.
Tighten the bolts to 13 Nm (115 inch lbs.).
42. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill) Draining and Filling Cooling System (Vac-N-Fill).
43. Fill the crankcase with engine oil. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement.
44. Inspect for leaks.
45. Perform the CKP system variation learn procedure. Refer to CKP System Variation Learn Procedure. See: Powertrain Management/Computers
