Injectors get battery voltage when the ignition is turned "ON" and become energized when the PCM completes the circuit to ground.
An injector that is stuck partly open or leaking would cause loss of pressure after engine shut down. Long cranking times before engine start may be
noticed. Dieseling could also occur because some fuel could be delivered to the engine after the ignition is turned "OFF."
