Installation Procedure
1. Apply thread sealant GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480) or equivalent, to the oil cooler hose fitting threads, if required.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the oil cooler hose fitting, if required.
Tighten the fitting to 19 Nm (14 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the oil cooler inlet hose to fitting, if required.
4. Position the oil cooler inlet hose clamp at the fitting, if required.
