Keyless Entry Module Programming
Keyless Entry Module Reprogramming
Note: the complete reprogramming procedure must be completed within 30 seconds of grounding the reprogramming (VAC) connector.
This procedure should be used whenever a replacement transmitter is to be used.
1. Turn ignition on.
2. Ground BLK/WHT 1455 wire (green (VAC) connector), located in the trunk, under center of rear shelf, next to Keyless Entry Module.
3. Wait for the Door Lock to lock and unlock. (This will take two seconds).
4. Press Unlock Button of the first Transmitter twice with a pause of one second between presses.
5. Wait for the Door Locks to lock and unlock again. (This will take another two seconds).
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 using the second Transmitter. If only one Transmitter is being used, repeat steps 4 and 5 with the same Transmitter.
7. Remove the ground from green connector.
