1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain cooling system.
3. Remove upper radiator hose from thermostat housing.
4. Remove thermostat housing attaching bolts, then the housing, Figs. 4 and 5.
5. Remove thermostat.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
