THIS BULLETIN IS A SUPPLEMENT REVISION OF BULLETIN 95-C-O8 DATED OCTOBER 1994. IT INCORPORATES PARTS COST
INFORMATION CORRECTED IN DCS 94-06 DATED OCTOBER 14, 1994, AND SIMPLIFIES LABOR OPERATION USAGE. PLEASE
REPLACE THE WARRANTY CLAIM INFORMATION SECTION IN 95-C-08 WITH THIS INFORMATION.

Submit a Product Campaign Claim using the one proper operation per the information indicated in the chart.
