Riviera V6-3.8L SC VIN 1 (1995)
Door Window Adjustment
1. Mark top and bottom fore/aft adjustments.
2. Loosen top and bottom fore/aft adjustments and the stabilizer bracket fore/aft adjustment nut.
3. Holding the glass, push forward or rearward as required; the glass and guidance system will be moved as one assembly in either direction.
TIGHTEN

Snug top fore/aft adjustments
4. Close door and check for movement. Repeat steps 2-3 as required.
IMPORTANT
Door Window Adjustment
a. If glass is being moved forward, ensure that the door glass does not fold the seal lip, image, SECTION A, under the glass. This will result if
the glass is adjusted to far forward.
b. If glass is being moved rearward, ensure that the door glass top comer, image, does not come close to the rear pillar or "B" pillar applique
(Oldsmobile).
c. If glass rubs the windshield pillar molding, the glass has been adjusted too far forward.
TIGHTEN

Tighten all adjustments.
5. Close door, checking for contact between the glass and the roof rail molding.
