Reports have been received that some cluster lens assemblies are being broken due to improper technique when removing the cluster trimplate. Please
adhere to the following cluster trimplate removal procedure to avoid damage to the cluster lens assembly:
1.
Use your fingers to pry the trimplate up at the bottom through the two telltale windows (See Figure 1). Do not pull with your arms, but pry with
your fingers, pushing against the lens assembly.
