SERVICE MANUAL UPDATE - SECTION 10-6 BODY - DOOR TRIM PANEL 2 AND 4 DOOR

Remove or Disconnect
1.
Screw (2)
2.
Screw (9)
3.
Screw (1)
4.
Manual lock rod knob (3)
5.
Screw (4)
6.
Inside door handle escutcheon (5) by pulling out at bottom and disengaging top of escutcheon from door trim panel.
7.
Escutcheon (5) from inside door handle
8.
Door lock switch and escutcheon. Refer to procedure in this Section.
9.
Outside mirror escutcheon. Refer to procedure in this Section.
10.
Escutcheon (6) by prying at inboard edge with a thin bladed screwdriver
11.
Manual window regulator handle, if applicable. Refer to procedure in the Section
12. Grasp trim panel by hand and gently pull outward to release fasteners (7) from retainers (11).
13.
Door trim panel (1) by lifting at bottom of panel to disengage hooks
(8) from slots on inner door panel.
Install or Connect
1.
Door trim panel (1) by routing seat belts and door lock harness through trim panel.

Align hooks (8) to slots at top of inner door panel and engage to secure.
*
Align fasteners (7) on trim panel to retainers (11) and push outboard on trim panel until fasteners are fully seated.

Manual window regulator handle, if applicable.
