Engine Torque Strut: Service and Repair
Strut Replacement
REMOVAL
1. Remove the negative battery cable.
2. Raise and support the vehicle.
3. Remove the right splash shield.
4. Remove the engine mount strut bolts.
5. Remove the engine mount strut.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the engine mount strut and the bolts. Tighten the bolts to 100 Nm (74 lb ft) + 90 degrees.
2. Install the right splash shield.
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Connect the negative battery cable.
