1.

Rotate drive belt tensioner counterclockwise, remove serpentine drive belt, then slowly release tensioner.

2.

Raise and support vehicle and remove right front wheel.

3.

Place suitable drain pan under pump assembly, disconnect lines from pump, then plug lines and open ports.

4.

Remove bolts and nut securing pump and the pump, Fig. 19.

5.

Remove pulley using J-25034 or equivalent.

6.

Install pulley on replacement pump using J-25033 or equivalent, then reverse remaining procedure to complete installation.
