Rocker Arms and Pushrods

1. Remove rocker arm covers and rocker arms, identifying components so they can be installed in same location.
2. Remove rocker arm pivot balls and rocker arms, then the pushrods. Intake and exhaust pushrods are different lengths (exhaust pushrods are

longer). Intake pushrods are marked orange, exhaust pushrods are marked blue.

3. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:

a. Ensure pushrods seat in lifter.
b. Coat bearing surfaces of rocker arms and pivot balls with Molykote or equivalent lubricant.
c. Tighten rocker arm nuts or bolts to specifications.
