At the 12 o'clock position, push the boot inward to fully engage one attachment finger.

h. shift transaxle to "PARK" position.

i. Rotate ignition key to "LOCK" position.

Apply Loctite # 272 (p/n 12345493) or equivalent to tilt steering wheel lever threads. Re-install tilt steering wheel lever by gripping firmly and
turning clockwise. See figure 1.

Re-install Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (S.I.R.) fuse (air-bag fuse).

45.

Check S.I.R. system. R.R.C. system and horn for proper function.

46.

Install Campaign Identification Label.
