Skylark V6-3100 3.1L VIN M SFI (1996)
Radiator: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Drain cooling system.
3. Remove air intake duct assembly.
4. Disconnect upper transaxle cooler line.
5. Disconnect upper radiator hose.
6. Lower transaxle cooler line.
7. Disconnect cooling fan electrical connector, then remove cooling fan mounting bolts.
8. Remove cooling fan.
9. Remove splash guard below lower radiator hose.
10. Disconnect lower radiator hose from radiator.
11. Remove condenser line retaining clip.
12. Remove condenser to radiator attaching bolts.
13. Disconnect coolant surge tank hose.
14. Remove radiator mounting bolts, then the radiator.
15. Reverse procedure to install. Tightening to specifications.
