* For Campaign Administrative Allowance, add 0.1 hours to the "Labor Hours".

** The "Parts Allowance" should be the sum total of the current GMSPO Dealer Net price plus 40% for the hazard/multifunction switch needed to

complete the repair.

Warranty claims for any necessary bulb replacement and/or wiring repairs (see step 2 of the service procedure) should be submitted separately as regular
(non-campaign) warranty claims.
