    An inoperative switch must be replaced. Install new switch and adjust as described under ``Brake Release Switch Adjustment'' in the individual car
chapters.
Vacuum
    An inoperative switch must be replaced. Install new switch and adjust as described under ``Vacuum Dump Valve'' in the individual car chapters.
