1. Install the seal washers.
2. Install the tube to the auxiliary evaporator module.

NOTE:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Caution and Notices.

3. Install the nut that retains the tube to the auxiliary evaporator module.

Tighten
Tighten the nut that retains the tube to the auxiliary evaporator module to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

4. Install the bolts that retain the clips on the tubes to the body.

Tighten
Tighten the bolts that retain the clips on the tubes to the body to 4 N.m (35 lb in).

5. Install the auxiliary evaporator rear tube inlet tube to the auxiliary evaporator inlet side tube.

Tighten
Tighten the auxiliary evaporator rear tube inlet tube to the auxiliary evaporator inlet side tube to 27 N.m (20 lb ft).

6. Install the auxiliary evaporator rear tube outlet tube to the auxiliary evaporator outlet side tube.

Tighten
Tighten the auxiliary evaporator rear tube outlet tube to the auxiliary evaporator outlet side tube to 47.5 N.m (35 lb ft).

7. Lower the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
