Use care not to pinch the injector wires between the upper and lower intake manifolds.
3. Upper intake manifold bolts. Note the marks made at disassembly for proper stud location. Tighten bolts to 14 Nm (124 inch lbs.) using the
sequence shown in figure 20.
4. Air conditioning line to compressor.
5. PCV hose to upper intake manifold.
6. Vacuum hoses to front and rear of upper intake manifold.
7. Throttle linkage to upper intake manifold.
8. Ignition coil.
9. Wire harness including:
-
Throttle position sensor.
-
Idle air control motor.
-
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
-
Communicator valve.
10. Air cleaner box and intake duct.
11. Engine cover.
12. Negative battery cable.
