Removal Procedure

Disconnect Caution).
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the lower trim from the center pillar. Refer to Center Pillar Lower Trim Panel Replacement (Notchback) (See: Body and Frame/Interior

3. Disconnect the side air bag sensor connector (2).
4. Remove the side air bag sensor mounting bolt.
5. Remove the side air bag sensor (1).
