Check wiper Arm & Park Position Adjustments (Figure 5 & 6)

When the wipers are shut off after operating on wet glass, 
both wiper arm and blade assembly should be fully seated on 
the park ramps. In the full left stroke position, the tip 
of the blade element must be no more than 78 mm (3 1/16 
inches) from the pillar. If wipers require adjustment,      
refer to section 8E of the appropriate Service Manual.
