Evaporator Tube Replacement
REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging. See: Refrigerant/Service and Repair
2. Remove the grille.
3. Remove the evaporator pipe from the accumulator.
4. Remove the Air Conditioning (A/C) compressor hose from the condenser.
5. Remove the evaporator pipe from the condenser.
6. Remove the evaporator pipe.
7. Discard all of the used sealing washers. Cap all of the open connections.
