Power Steering Fluid Cooler: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the left headlamp assembly.
2. Remove the grille.
3. Remove the hood latch cable from the left headlamp support bracket.
4. Remove the left headlamp, support bracket screws.
5. Remove the left headlamp support bracket.

6. Remove the power steering cooler hose (4) from the power steering pump (1).
7. Remove the power steering cooler hose (2) from the steering gear (3).

8. Remove the power steering cooler steering mounting bolts (1).
9. Remove the power steering cooler from the vehicle (2).
