Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair
1.
Disconnect battery ground cable.
2.
Remove heat stove and dipstick tube from right side manifold.
3.
Remove oxygen sensor wire from left side manifold.
4.
Disconnect AIR hose from check valve.
5.
Remove spark plugs.
6.
Remove exhaust pipe from manifold.
7.
Remove exhaust manifold attaching bolts and spark plug heat shields.
8.
Remove exhaust manifold.
9.
Reverse procedure to install using a new gasket.
