Oil Filter Adapter: Service and Repair
Replacement, Engine Overhaul
REMOVAL
1. Remove the oil filter adapter bolts.
2. Remove the oil filter adapter, oil seal and gasket.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the oil filter adapter, with new adapter oil seal and gasket.
2. Install the oil filter adapter bolts and washers.

Tighten the oil filter adapter bolts to 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.).
