Fuel Supply Line: Service and Repair
Fuel Hose/Pipes Replacement - (Cab/Chassis - W/Balance Pump)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the front fuel tank (5).
2. Remove the auxiliary fuel tank (2).

NOTE:  Refer to Nylon Fuel Lines Notice in Service Precautions.

3. Remove the fuel pipes (2) using the following procedure:

For the return pipe, remove the fuel pipe from the retaining clips.

For a balance pump fuel line, disconnect the fuel pipe from the balance pump and the retaining clips.
