5. Install the piston inside J24548.
6. Install the piston halfway into the bore.
7. Remove J24548. Make sure that the boot is sitting firmly in the groove.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
3. Install the bleeder valve.
Tighten the bleeder valve to 13 Nm (110 inch lbs.).

Disassembly Procedure
1. Remove the fluid from the caliper.
Caution: Do not place your fingers In front of the piston in an attempt to catch or protect it when applying compressed air. This could result
in serious injury.
Notice: Use only enough air to ease the piston out of the bore. If the piston is blown out, even with the padding, it can be damaged.
2. Remove the brake pad. Clean the interior of the caliper with clean shop towels.
3. Remove the piston.
