C 3500 HD Truck 2WD V8-6.5L DSL Turbo VIN F (2001)
1. Install the power steering pump.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the front mounting bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the rear mounting nuts to the studs.

Tighten the nuts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
4. Install the power steering pump pulley. Refer to Power Steering Pulley Replacement.
5. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement in Engine.
6. Install the power steering pressure and return hoses.
7. Install the upper fan shroud.
8. Fill and bleed the system. Refer to Checking and Adding Power Steering Fluid and Bleeding the Power Steering System.
