Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement 

Removal Procedure 

1. Drain the cooling system. 

2. Reposition the reservoir hose clamp from the radiator.
3. Remove the reservoir hose from the radiator.
4. Remove the reservoir bolts.
5. Remove the reservoir.

Installation Procedure 

1. Install the reservoir. 

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the reservoir bolts.

Tighten the bolts to 10 Nm (89 inch lbs.). 

3. Install the reservoir hose to the radiator.
4. Position the reservoir hose clamp to the radiator.
5. Fill coolant to the reservoir.
