C 3500 Truck 2WD V8-6.0L VIN U (2001)
1. Install the hoist to the crossmember.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
2. Install the bolt.

Tighten the bolt to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the spare wheel hoist shaft guide from the spare wheel hoist.
4. Install the spare wheel hoist shaft guide to the bumper.
5. Install the spare wheel hoist shaft guide retaining clips.
