This bulletin is being issued to revise the wiper torque nut specifications in Section 8E of the Service Manual as follows:

Change from: "Tighten Nut (7) to 32 N.m (24 lb ft) while holding wiper arm"

Change to: "Tighten Nut (7) to 23 N.m (17 lb ft) while holding wiper arm"
