6. Release the outboard corner of the fascia from the fascia guide by pulling rearward carefully above the tail lamps by hand and with suitable suction
cups positioned below the tail lamps on a flat surface of the rear fascia to release the rib-lock retainers.
7. Release the fascia from the rear fascia support by carefully pushing a thin nylon wedge between the edge of the fascia and the rear fascia support
retainers and releasing the retainers while pulling on the fascia at the same time to gradually release the rear fascia (1) from the rear fascia support.
8. Disconnect the main electrical harness connectors.
9. Remove the rear fascia from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
1. Transfer parts as necessary to the rear fascia.
2. Position the fascia to the vehicle and connect the main electrical harness connectors.
3. Reposition the fascia to the rear fascia support and the rear fascia guide outboard corner.
4. Press the rear fascia into the retainers on the rear fascia support first while guiding the fascia to the rear fascia guide outboard corner.
