7. Remove A/C evaporator thermal expansion valve tube nut (1).
8. Remove A/C evaporator thermal expansion valve tube (2) from condenser.

9. Remove A/C evaporator thermal expansion valve tube clips (1).

10. Remove A/C evaporator thermal expansion valve tube (2) from body.
11. Remove A/C evaporator thermal expansion valve tube from vehicle and discard sealing washers.

Installation Procedure

1. Install new sealing washers to A/C evaporator thermal expansion valve tube. Refer to Air Conditioning Compressor Hose Seal Replacement   (See:
