Slide headrest removal tool, J 39509 or equivalent, downward between the front of both headrest posts and the headrest guides. Refer to Figure 3
on page 10-10-4 of the Service Manual.

Rotate the headrest removal tool, J 39509 or equivalent, 90° toward the passenger side of the vehicle.
5.
Remove the headrest by pulling upward.
Installation -
1.
Locate headrest post to center of headrest guides.
2.
Push headrest downward.
