Correction :
Using 3M 80119* (or equivalent) weatherstrip sealer, run a bead of sealer under the outer door glass sealing strip. Start the bead
at the butt joint and run it down and back to about three (3) inches rearward of the leading edge of the glass (see Figure 1, View
A). Wipe any excess sealer off with a clean cloth.

CONDITION

Condition :
Windnoise between the dash panel and the windshield pillar.
Cause :
Gaps may exist between the dash panel and the windshield pillar.
Correction :
Seal the joint between the dash panel and the windshield pillar (Figure 2).
Use applicable labor operation.
If an objectionable windnoise, attributable to the glass run channel or window belt sealing strips, still exists, it may be necessary to replace one or both of
the components.
Revised glass run channels and door glass sealing strips have been released for service. The replacement procedure has not been changed. Part numbers
