1983 Citations and Celebritys produced at the Oklahoma City Assembly Plant (11th character of VIN being the number "6") will
incorporate usage of a common "step reservoir" master cylinder.
Usage of this type master cylinder on Citation vehicles will be confined to only those produced at the above noted plant.
