You may experience a no start condition due to a shorted fuel pump fuse. This condition can be caused by a shorted fuel pump feed wire. The wire
insulation may be cut by either the transmission side cover or between the A.I.R. pipe and the transmission cooler support bracket. When checking a
vehicle for this condition, the entire length of the wire should be searched to assure the cause or causes of the blown fuse have been identified and proper
repairs are completed.
