Evaporator Core Replacement

EVAPORATOR CORE REPLACEMENT

TOOLS REQUIRED

J 39400-A Halogen Leak Detector

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Remove the HVAC module from the vehicle. See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair

2. Remove the heater core cover heat stakes with a small chisel.

3. Remove the heater core.
