15. Install the heater outlet hose to the heater core.
16. Reposition the hose clamp to secure the hose using SA9111E.
17. Install the heater inlet hose to the heater core.
18. Reposition the hose clamp to secure the hose using SA9111E.
19. Install new sealing washers on the condenser tube and evaporator hose fittings.
20. Install the condenser tube and evaporator hose to the TXV.
21. Install the TXV nut.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.
Tighten the nut to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
